Mid-thirties drummer looking to join a serious project/band/singer-songwriter.
Jazz-trained but mostly into soul, hip-hop, funk-influenced stuff. Have also done Tejano, alt-country, Americana etc. Have toured, played festivals blah blah blah. No emo/punk stuff, sorry.
Depending on how serious the band is, I have extensive music industry contacts/friendships and would be happy to leverage those for booking agent/management/label stuff.
Lately, I'm listening to Anderson.Paak/The Internet/Isley Brothers/Seratones/Tame Impala.
