Job is in Waterbury, very quiet, safe neighborhood. Only 7 houses on the street. Compensation: $14 per hour cash daily the first week (7 days), $16 there after. (Craigslist help has proved unreliable. Some workers don’t even show up the first day. Others don’t work at all or very little. I am looking for a commitment to finish the job, thus the graduated pay scale). 6 hour work days minimum. 10 hour MAXIMUM. (For your safety). I am looking for someone to sand to bare wood. I have a power sander. It cuts through to the wood like a hot knife through butter. It is a two story house. I have all the supplies including scaffolding. Applicant can start today. Work days depend on weather. Rain and over 90 degrees temperature prevent working however you can work part days when rain is expected later or it rains then stops.
