Powell Back to School Bash is a fun family festival to help parents get ready & find things for their kids for late summer & fall! VENDOR REGISTRATION: Powell Back to School Bash 2021 Presented by G Pro ExteriorsOur special Powell event is almost here, this fun family festival in Powell, Ohio. Now celebrating our 10th year for this event. Time to celebrate and connect with 1,000+ attendees at this fun community, family event. Vendor RegistrationWhen: August 28th (Saturday, 1PM - 4PM)Where:  New Hope Church (4739 W Powell Rd, Powell, OH 43065)Who Attends:  Families from Powell, Dublin, Worthington, and Olentangy School District area.How it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. Expected Attendance: 1,000+Festival Eventbrite page: Coming SoonWhy families attend the event: This is a key family event to help them with getting ready for Back to School. Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more! What to do at the event:Non-stop Fun: Fun Bounce Park, pony rides, petting zoo, foam run, stage with live entertainment, dunk tank, balloon artist, glitter tattoos, princess & super hero characters, mystery prize area, and more fun!Back to School Supplies: Free back to School supplies to the first 300 familiesFood: Food trucks, treat trucks, and more! Sponsorship or Booth Opportunities (event is outdoors):  Booth included with sponsorship plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more! Glitter Tattoo Artist (Platinum):  Balloon artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event.  Just a fun way to be a part of the event.  $500Mystery Candy / Character Zone (Platinum): Part of the Character Meet & Greet area + 150 candy bars to give to families + Part of Prize Wheel (we provide prizes) – most visible area of the event: $500Petting Zoo (Gold): Fun animal area is back! Petting zoo admission starts at your booth. Great area to interact with families. Kids provide hand sanitizer or food service gloves before petting animals. Fun is back! $400Race Shirts (Gold): 1 of 2 logos on the back of the shirt shirt give to all runners. Included 10 free entries into the run! $400Entrance (Gold):  Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material!
