NAWIC August Membership Meeting ABOUT OUR EVENTNAWIC Pikes Peak Chapter 356 will be hosting our August membership meeting on Thursday, August 19th. Our guest speaker will be Summer Justice, radio DJ with X 103.9, and she'll be sharing her past experience as an Electrician with the Navy Seabees. There is no cost to attend this meeting but each person will be responsible for paying for their own meal off of the limited menu, directly to the restaurant. Networking and placing dinner order is 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm Presentation to begin promptly at 6:00 pm Dinner to begin at 6:30 pm with business meeting to follow Please register for the meeting by Monday, August 16, 2021, so that we can provided a final head count to our host restaurant. ***Please note that our meeting format will be a little bit different than usual as our guest speaker needs to leave early. Summer will begin her presentation promptly at 6:00 pm. Please come to the meeting prepared with your order from the limited menu and place it as soon as you can with our event server.*** ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATIONThe Pikes Peak Chapter 356, chartered in 1997, has been a part of the Southern Colorado community for over 20 years. Our goal is to help educate women in construction and to help within our own community. The Pikes Peak Chapter 356, chartered in 1997, has been a part of the Southern Colorado community for over 20 years. Our goal is to help educate women in construction and to help within our own community. Our chapter hosts monthly membership meetings, usually the third Thursday of the month, that consists of networking, dinner, a construction related presentation, and our chapter business meeting.
