Join us for a unique experience in connection + returning to the exquisite wholeness of women. "Each time women gather in circles together, the world heals a little more" (unknown) WHAT TO EXPECT: Welcome: Hey Birdie will give an overview of the workshop and Finding Your Flock programming. Oracle Card Selection: The message or card will serve as a reminder or guide for this experience. Centering: Moving from our heads into our hearts, out of judgment, and into compassion. Visualization/Meditation: You will be guided through a visualization to recognize and release the inauthentic patterns that keep you from realizing your true self-worth, gifts, talents, joy, and life-purpose. Sharing: In small groups, we will share the inauthentic patterns that came up during the visualization. Sacred Ceremony: We will then come back together as a group to disrupt the patterns and blocked energy through Sacred Ceremony, Shakti Flow & Dance, and a Shamanic Journey. We will release the blocks and replace them with effective strategies to tap into your spirit and move forward confidently along life’s path. Sharing of New Beliefs: In small groups, we will share the new energy patterns and sensations after experiencing the Sacred Ceremony. Closing of Ceremony. Kimmy Hidalgo will lead us through the ancient art of Sacred Ceremony. Kimmy is a vibrant, soulful momprenuer, with one true intention in life, and that is to be love and share love with all those she comes into contact with.
