Join us for our monthly beer and cheese pairing at Bruz Off Fax on Tuesday, August 24th at 6:00 PM. Bruz Off Fax and Truffle Cheese will bring you an evening of amazing pairings of the finest beers and cheese. The pairing will include a pre chosen flight of four 4 oz Bruz beers paired with 4 different, carefully chosen cheeses with a cured meat and accoutrements. Sam from Truffle Cheese Shop and Charlie from Bruz Beers will walk you through each pairing and discuss flavor profiles while you taste.
