MTAP IS HOSTING A BACK TO THE BOOKS CARNIVAL As our communities and students return to school, we want to stand beside them and wish them well into their new school year. This year’s Back to the Books Carnival will consist of providing 150 students in the Potomac Gardens Housing Project Community with School Supply Giveaways, Speech & Hearing Screening’s, Haircuts, Hair styling, Wellness Stations, games & fun for the whole family.
