An American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED course offered to the general public.
This American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED course covers basic First AID for medical, injury, and environmental emergencies, Automatic External Defibrillation (AED), and adult, child, and infant CPR. This course is designed for he general public, including those working as lifesavers, and foster care providers. Participants who successfully demonstrate competency during the course and pass the written exam will receive a card with a 2 year expiration date from the American Red Cross.
There is a minimum of 12 years of age to attend this course.
Attendees may receive a full refund up to 1 day before the class begins.
This class is held in the Davis Education Center classroom 100-D of the Medical Office Plaza Building (enter through the doors closest to I-15).
Please note that if you are a healthcare worker, this may not be the correct class for you. Verify with your employer which certification you need. For questions regarding this class, please contact the Education Department at 801-807-7621.
