Found a Shih Tzu at Carroll, close to Centennial Park today 8/7/21. White and grey but no guess at age. No collar, but she (?) did have a pink bandana on. Well-fed, groomed, but a little dirty. I was unable to keep them so I called animal control and I believe they took them to the humane society. Please reach out to them!
