looking for screenprinter to work with for band merch

I have a very small diy label that is mostly focused on weirdo/lofi/punk stuff. Im looking for a screenprinter to work with on making merch for the bands. I’d like to work out an arrangement where I’d provide the illustration/designs and the garments to be printed on, and then everyone would get a cut of the profits as things were sold. I realize this is a pretty scrappy approach, but hopefully it sounds interesting to someone! Let me know if you want to hear the stuff we’ve released so far, I can send a link. Thanks!
