Urgent floor sanding & poly repair

Small rehab house just sold. New owners moving in Thursday. Needs some floor sanding/poly in spots where there has been paint/drywall compound AFTER the floor was finished. It has had two coats of poly but needs some patchwork and possibly one additional overall coat of poly. Must be available soon as it will take a day to dry. We can cover the floors during moving to protect them but work must be done in time for move in and at least 24 hours drying time. That means all work complete by Wednesday August 11th. Timing is everything in this case. Can you help? Must be experienced... no amateurs please.
