Bike repair guru to rebuild a bike from a frame

Looking for someone that loves working with bikes. I have a trek hybrid frame in excellent shape but it needs to be completely be rebuilt. I'm looking for someone that can tell me what parts I need to buy and then assemble it for me. Basically I have the frame, stem, handle bars, and everything else needs rebuilt.
