Teams of 2 will battle it out for a chance at glory in the inaugural Karbach Backyard Olympics! ** Teams of 2 - Only 60 Team Spots Available ** Feeling inspired by the Olympics? Come out to the Karbach Biergarten and battle for gold, silver, or bronze at the inaugural Karbach Backyard Olympics sponsored by Horseshoe Pilsner and benefiting Southern Smoke Foundation! What is the Karbach Backyard Olympics? There will be 10 individual competitions plus a Charity Challenge benefiting Southern Smoke Foundation. The winning team from each competition will receive gold medals along with other amazing accolades. The top 3 All-Around team winners will receive gold, silver, and bronze medals, awesome prizes, and will be crowned the Karbach Backyard Olympics Champions. Who is running the games? The games are being presented by Houston Sports & Social Club who are the experts on bringing the fun! If you've ever participated in Field Day Houston, Splash Bash, the Oktoberfest Olympiad Games, the St. Practice Beer Olympics Pub Crawl, or any of their other unique competition based events like this, you are already feeling the FOMO. How much is it and what do I get? Team registration for the Karbach Backyard Olympics will include a complimentary Horseshoe Pilsner with a sweet matching glass for each team member, as well as a swag bag and plenty of other goodies. ** You must be 21+ to participate in the games, but spectators can be under 21 ** Only 60 team spots are available, and they will fill up FAST! Register your team now to lock in the lowest rate! Pricing will be based on order of registration as follows: Teams 1-20 = $40/team Teams 21-40 = $50/team Teams 41-60 = $60/team What kind of games will be played? The games for each event will always be secret until the day of the event, however here is an example of the types of games you might play: Speed Jenga | 3-Legged Race | Ring Toss Tic Tac Pong | Lawn Bowling | Giant Pong Memory Madness | Stein Race | Speed Flip Cornhole Skeeball | Brainiac Bocce | Water Balloon Toss Obstacle Course | Soft Sponge Race Don't forget, there will be prizes for Team Spirit and Best Costume, so make sure to bring your Olympic flare!
