The Lake County Home Wine & Beer Makers Festival Saturday, September 18, 2021 The annual Lake County Home Wine and Beer Makers Festival is held in Library Park in Lakeport, California. This is a beautiful lakeside event that includes, in addition to homemade wine and beer tastings, tastings of wines from some of the best commercial wineries in Lake County. You can browse artists and craftsmen booths, listen to local live music, and enjoy a selection of delicious foods for purchase. There is a raffle of a selection of award-winning Lake County wines and a silent auction full of treasures. Come, vote on your favorite beers and wines for the People's Choice Award, and enjoy all the fun! This fun festival is the major fund raiser for the Lake County Symphony.  Lake County Home Wine & Beer Makers Festival Ticket: $25 in advance  ($30 the day of the event at the entrance). The Winefest is sponsored as a major fund-raiser by Lake County Symphony Association (LCSA). All proceeds go to support LCSA's music programs, including scholarships, in-school music programs, a youth orchestra, and the much-heralded Lake County Symphony.
