Build wall in garage for office

I have a 26 ft by 26 ft two-car garage that I plan to turn into an office and one-car garage. The biggest part of the job is building a wall down the seam of the ceiling (right in the middle). No plans for a drop ceiling. Just a wall and some insulation and installing a heat/air unit on the outside wall. (Garage is already wired.) No finishing work necessary at the moment (dry wall, paint, flooring, etc.). I would like to get a couple people to come to my house and quote the job. Tell me about some previous work you've done, maybe some examples and referrals. Without that, there is no reason for me to respond. Pics attached to get a sense of the project. We just moved, so the garage is full of boxes and stuff soon to be removed.
