Need to Rehome 6 year old Cat ASAP

This cat is very loving and has beautiful markings. He has been neutered and declawed. Does not do well with dogs. I originally got him for my mom, but he would not go upstairs where she stays because of my dog who stays with her. Now, I think he is mad because of the dog, because he has been peeing on the carpet downstairs after months of using the litter box. Small re-homing fee of $20 will include his litter box, special no-spill water dish (because he likes to knock over water), a brand new XL Litter Genie and 4 refills, 3/4 of a 16 pound bag of IAMS cat food, wet cat food, and treats.
