Register Now!!Job Summary Under the direction of the Coach Supervisor, the Career Coach (CC) provides necessary supportive employment services utilizing internship, pre-employment, and job readiness training for individuals in the developmentally challenged population. Career Coaches must be energetic, resourceful, and highly motivated. Must be able to assist with exploring job sites, and discovering vocational interests that align with their desires, abilities, and skills. A Career Coach helps co-create Individualized Service Plans & Person-Centered Plans to achieve goals for employment services. Requirements: Having a personal Laptop is a plus. Must have a High School Diploma and some college education. Maintain a clean criminal background clearance. Must be detailed orientated. Must be able to read and write effectively for following and understanding procedures. Able to work in a TEAM environment. Maintain an updated CPR/First Aid card on file. Physical Requirements-ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and lift 50 lbs. Maintain a valid driver's license and car registration Maintain a vehicle that is reliable in good working conditions for transporting participants. Must be flexible, reliable, and dependable. Ability to use good judgment and positive interpersonal skills.
