Sponsored by the ASC Culture Blocks, a community partnrship funded by Mecklenburg County. This touring concert series features live performances featuring local and touring talent, live DJs, & Food Trucks. Join us outdoors and socially-distanced. Upcoming Dates Include: August 7 | 5pm-8pm October 9 | 5pm-8pm December 16 | 5pm-8pm A little bit about the series: Founded in 2013 by singer-songwriter Arsena Schroeder, The Unplugged+ Live Series is a touring concert series in support of independent singer-songwriters. The series was initially a house concert with the idea of a listening-room experience in mind. In 2015, Unplugged+Live received grant funding from the NC Arts and Science Council. Since then the series has drawn local, regional, and national acts expanding from private living rooms into local venues across the region. Each show features two (or three) hand-selected acts for an intimate show allowing listeners to engage with their original work. To date, over 150 regional acts have featured in this series now expanding to Atlanta, GA and Austin, TX. We believe independent artists gain loyal fans through these experiences so we create them!
