Using Mother Nature as our grounding touchstone, together we will: // Practice deep seeing and listening // Cultivate awareness, attention, calm, and connection // Gather and share in community and sisterhood // Participate in circle council // Make place-based art with found objects on the beach! Weather on the beach can be highly variable, and it is IMPERATIVE that all participants be prepared with a shade hat, layers for both warmth and sun protection, and a minimum of 32 oz. of drinking water.
