A flea market with all Black vendors, focusing on community, music, and culture. We’re back again for the third Black Market Flea! We’re excited to share space with you all again. To dance, laugh, share, and of course shop small and Black owned. Black Market Flea is an exciting cultural experience which puts Black creatives on a platform, allowing them to share their talents and passions with the community. Here, you can find everything from cut and sewn clothing, to seamoss products, to vegan burgers, and handmade accessories from more than 50 vendors. Details: August 22nd, 2021 at Awa Oasia (608 Mateo St). 11am-7pm There will be DJ sets all day as well as two special performances, which will be taking place between 4 and 5 pm. There are food and beverage vendors on site, with options for dietary restrictions. This is an ALL AGES event, but alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, so please be prepared to show your ID at the gate. Children are allowed, but please keep a close eye. Pets are allowed, but please keep them off of the furniture and clean up after them, as they are your responsibility. Street parking is available and plentiful in the vicinity. There is no ATM on site, but there is one next door at the dispensary. Payment via Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle and Apple Pay are encouraged and available .
