Description
What every marketer needs to know about user experience As a communicator, you’re probably asked to do a lot — PR, internal communications, social media, and whatever else gets thrown your way. And now, we’re telling you that you need to be a user experience (UX) expert, too? No. No we are not. We are telling you that without a working knowledge of your users, their goals, and their behavior, all your other hard work will be much less effective. You don’t have to be a UX expert, but you do have to be an advocate. Content Strategist Alicia Backlund and User Experience Director Jeff Swartz of Level Five Solutions will tell you what UX questions you should be asking, what tools and methods you can use to get answers, and when to call in an expert. Join us on Thursday, August 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Miller Group or virtually. Alicia Backlund Content Strategist, Level Five Solutions Alicia works with digital content from start to finish -- from defining an overall strategy to choosing button labels. She also organizes and facilitates Intranet Pros, a professional organization of intranet managers.
