This is an in person support group led by doulas who believe in supporting every woman. #MOMSNEEDLOVETOO We often forget ourselves as women. We spend so much time pouring into others that we tend to put ourselves last. Most of us have a mentality that " I just have to keep on pushing". Especially as black women, we have been conditioned to be "STRONG". As if we are robots and not humans. Let's break that! In these confidential group meetings you can come and be a woman and most importantly a black woman. This space is safe and judgment free. Join us no matter your age, race or financial class. Rather you just had a baby or an empty nester. We want you to come share your wisdom and let us pour into your cup. Mother's bring your daughters and your granddaughters. Remember mom's need love too.
