Quartz Countertop take out and installer needed

Hello, I am changing the configuration of my kitchen. My cabinets and countertop form a peninsula after the countertop seam next to the sink. I want the countertop and cabinets to continue straight against the wall after the countertop seam. I need a skilled stone craftsperson to cut the stone at the seam and take that piece out. Then I would have my carpenter take out that cabinet and install cabinets along the wall. Then I would need the new piece of countertop to connect to the existing seam and continue to the end of the wall.
