Construction Laborer - Outdoor Remodeling

Keystone Yards is seeking several laborers to work on their outdoor remodeling projects. Our projects are all based in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties. The projects include, but are not limited to: -Outdoor kitchens -Pergolas -Decks -Fences -Interlocking pavers -Landscaping -Artificial turf -Concrete -Outdoor lighting -Irrigation -Etc. The position is a full-time (40 hours or more) non-exempt position. We are very busy all year long and can promise you work all year long. Typical hours are from 7:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday, with the option for overtime during the week and on Saturdays/Sundays. Overtime is encouraged but never required. Since our projects span 3 counties, it will be expected that you have reliable transportation to and from the job site everyday. Most of our projects are along the HWY 101 corridor between Sausalito and Santa Rosa, with the majority of our work being in the middle in Petaluma. You do not need your own tools, we will provide everything you need. Benefits: Sicks Days and 6 paid Federal holidays per year. Qualifications: A hard work ethic A good attitude B-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train people with little or no experience if they are reliable and eager to learn. There will always be someone at the job site with you teaching you how to do everything. All we expect is that you try hard and always find ways to improve yourself. Must be eligible to legally work in the United States. All employees must fill out a W-4 and I-9. Pay depends on experience, but typically our new employees start in the $18-$22 range. If you work hard, show up every day and take on more responsibility as time goes on, we are happy to pay you more. Hard work at Keystone Yards is always rewarded.
