Some people dumped some things including a black backpack and other materials. If you lost or had your backpack stolen it probably laying here. Sorry this bad thing happened to you. and really hope you can recover some of your things they are located here: West side of the street--Embarcadero W. Between Alice and Oak Sorry I was too scared to pick things up.
