Only weighs 4 lbs and wearing a collar and is chipped. We believe someone has him and just doesn't want to give him up. We are offering a reward on shadow, no questions asked. Cant afford a huge award, my job just came back and I I am trying to spread the word and I don't know where to turn, but here is my story.... My English saddle and bridle were stolen from our barn just outside of Wichita Falls, TX overnight 7/19. Reward of $50 offered
