stray cat need help getting to shelter

i have a stray cat that i need taken to the shelter. they do not provide the service of coming for a stray cat and i have no way of getting the animal to them. does anyone have an animal carrier they can come pick the cat up and take it?? please?? im terribly allergic to cats and it wont go away. help? send email with your local contact info. ill call you right away.
