Press release from the Appleton Public Library: July 7, 2021 We're excited to announce we now have laptops available for check out! The laptops can connect to a Wi-Fi network and come equipped with a webcam, speakers, a microphone, and Microsoft Office suite. All you need to check out a laptop is a valid adult (ages 18+) InfoSoup library card. Don't have a card yet? Sign up for one online or by visiting one of our service desks. Additional Details: Visit our second-floor service desk to check out a laptop.Laptops check out for 14 days.Laptops are first-come, first-serve - they are not holdable/reservable.All data on the computer is wiped every time the device powers off.This program was made possible by a grant from the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin..
