Pay - $12.50 hourly Part Time, 6 days per week Local cleaning company is looking for dependable, motivated & hardworking individuals to join our janitorial team. This role would be as an clinic/office cleaner for an national medical facility, located throughout the Treasure Coast. Cleaning duties to include but not limited to Maintaining lobbies, lunch/break rooms, office, restrooms, & warehouse areas Breaking down cardboard boxes and maneuvering floor machines. Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights and blinds, ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. Scrubbing, disinfecting and sanitizing restroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types. Emptying trash cans & replacing liners Washing and drying windows Liaising with manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times. Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process. Informing the manager of repairs that need to be done. Cleaner Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in a similar role - Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment - Able to stand for extended periods of time - Excellent organizational skills - Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision Available to work evenings, plus weekends, as needed Job Types: Part-time Salary: $12.50 /hour Work authorization: United States (Required) Work Location: One location Pay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly Schedule: Weeknights 4 hour shift
