Re-homing 4 month old Puppy

Puppy is high energy, friendly, good looking and seems to be smart. He needs to be with someone who has kids old enough to control him. He has been neutered, has all his shots and has a chip. He is partially housebroken (still urinates inside when excited). Sleeps in crate. We are an older couple and were told that he was a Corgi/Chihuahua mix and would not be larger than 10-15 lbs. He looks like a JackRussell now and we just can't keep up with him. We got him with a $650 rehoming fee and will let him go for $300 re-hominmg fee.
