Info needed on spay-service

Clearlake does not have a low-cost spay/neuter program and I am in a jam: Some time ago, a tiny kitten was left in my yard. I don't turn an animal away, so I helped her and tried to get an apptmt in the clinic in Middletown for her to be fixed. Well, that has yet to happen, my Vet charges $450.-, which is out of my reach and the kitten seems pregnant. Can anyone help with referral, please? Thank you I have NO idea, why someone would flag this. There are SOO many animals, needing a home; I do not want to add to the misery by having this cat birth more. Help with advice, instead of......
