All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS UNLAWFUL ENTRY (late), 2021-08040114, 1000 block of N. Stuart Street. At approximately 2:17 p.m. on August 4, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 2:03 p.m., an employee observed the unknown male suspect use a tool to force entry into the secure building. The employee confronted the suspect and escorted him out of the building before calling police. The suspect is described as a Black male with a medium build, approximately 30 to 40 years old, 5'4" to 5'7" tall, wearing a white t-shirt and brown khakis. He was carrying a black and blue bag at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
