Do you like to cook healthy food and play with recipes until you find just the right taste while balancing nutrition?
Do you like to use fresh raw ingredients? Do you know where to buy them?
I'm looking for a volunteer to create a meal plan that mixes Keto style recipes with Mediterranean inspired dishes. The dishes need to be Gluten free, well balanced, and help melt away stored body fat. I have found several foods that work but I don't have the time to prep and cook most of them. I'm looking for someone that can make 60-80% of each week's meals based off the meal plan we create together(you will have creative control of food once we talk dietary restrictions).
This volunteer position is for a creative health enthusiast looking to hone their skills in the kitchen. One that likes to help, play, and teach what they know. I will supply the ingredients you request as you help create the shopping list and a place to cook if needed. We'll talk "Turkey, bread, or moolah" once we figure out our fit. I like to cook and I'm willing to learn new things. Also, I'm willing to volunteer my time to a project that fits my skillset if you're in need.
