Bassist studying Jaco's work seeks Others

I've been working on his style for a long time, play close to his kind of time on electric bass, seeking others who play that kind of time to play standards and work through them as hobby or whatever. I think interest in this music is paramount and would be great to find others versed in such or willing to learn as I am still. The essence spills into every imaginable genre so I'm not stuck on any one track. Jaco said if there is no time, there is no music. If anyone is playing time out there in any bag, love to hear you. I have samples I can forward such as they are. I am still a work in progress but I can absolutely play very good time.
