I'm looking for a decent duplex or small house to rent for my daughter. She would be just starting out, and I'm helping her, look for something she can afford. A 1 or 2 bedroom would be good. She does have 2 ferrets and a rabbit that are caged. Not looking to get scammed. So, if there's any decent person out there, that has a house or a duplex that they are trying to rent, please reply to this ad. She would be living with a friend. She doesn't smoke and is not a partier. Please be honest with me.
