By Judith Martin-Straw, Culver City Crossroads August 5, 2021 The coming Monday's City Council meeting will continue the process of "amending development standards for the single family residential zone" including smaller housing units know as ADUs. The changes to the zoning ordinance have been the subject of much controversy, and the 'anti-mansionization' efforts are addressed again. In the agenda as Public Hearing 2 for the August 9, 2021 meeting, this will be the council's next step forward on addressing size, set-backs and parking requirements.
