Small Room for rent in my Dads home, shared bathroom and kitchen. House has disabled ramp . Disabled parking is used in front of house by other renter, she had city put it there for her use. Application is in her name. So there is only street parking. Includes cable tv. Looking for a senior clean and sober.  Home is located in Hayward close to stores, bart, bus stops are next to house and parks are walking distance. Must have an stable monthly income, to pay rent monthly and security deposit. Must pass a background check and credit check. No pets allowed. This is a non smoker household. Non Smoker is preferred due to owner has health issues.  Owner lives in home where room is for rent and has a little dog already. Refrigerator in room. Bed n room is a hospital adjustable bed. Refrigerator in kitchen is used by owner and other Roommate,  might have some room, have to discuss with owner. Owner that lives in home  is a Navy Veteran. Would like another veteran to rent the room if possible but if not it’s ok. Please  email [email protected] I’m his Daughter who will be doing the screening process. Room is bigger than what picture shows and has a dresser and closet. No tv included. You can bring a bed and a dresser of your own and tv. No visitors due to Covid restrictions. Everyone in home has been vaccinated.
