NEW YORK, NY — An Upper East Side man is missing, and authorities are asking for help finding him. Jeffrey Rich was last seen around 9:10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 6, at his home in the 1100 block of Madison Avenue, near East 83rd Street, according to police. At the time, the 65-year-old was wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt, blue shorts and black-and-white sneakers, officials reported.
