Very cute and SHY green Parakeet made a daring, yet poorly planned, escape from Anita Ave and Camille Drive (close to Beulah Blvd & Lake Mary Rd) early this morning. He is called Pepe, but must prefer another name as he rarely responds to this. Very adventurous, but not in the shape he would need to be to be a successful adventurer. He is sadly a poor flyer. Please look around your property as he is likely tuckered out and resting somewhere. If seen, probably best to throw a sheet or towel over him so the adventure spirt does not call to him yet again. Please let us know if you see him even if not catch-able. Despite his apparent strong desire to escape us, we love and care for him.
