Skilled Mechanic needed for 2nd opinion and possible motor swap.

I’m in need of an expert mechanic to give me a 2nd opinion and advice. I will provide $60 cash and beer for an hour consultation. Truck has 205k miles. All the symptoms of a blown head gasket are present. I’ve replaced many cooling system parts just to get by. the truck started missing real bad so I parked it a month ago. I have thought about taking the bed and rack off of it and putting it on a newer chassis but I am having a hard time finding a decently priced low mileage truck with the specific wheel base to mount the utility bed. A previous mechanic told me to stop putting money into it. But I’m at a point that not having this truck up and running is effecting the efficiency of my business.
