Pull weeds from my Garden

I have 3 garden beds at measure 8' x 16' ft each. I need someone to pull the weeds from them, so I can re-plant the garden again. 2 of them need to be cleaned completely to the dirt and one of them still has lots of tomato plants and so just pull weeds from around them.
