Description

Hello, We have a female purebred German Shepard who was born December 25th 2020 that we are looking to rehome. She has all her vet care, shots/deworming/chip. Only thing needed is her spay. Her name is Pepper, she is fully potty trained and knows a few basic commands(I.e sit, lay down, fetch, signaling on bells to go outside, sleeps in her crate) she is extremely active and requires yard space or someone who will take her on plenty of walks or to the park. She is NOT an apartment dog, she is vocal and quite large so she really needs stimulation. We truly hate that it has come down to this but through the last few months we have noticed she has become progressively aggressive towards our elderly and disabled pug. She does great inside the house with him but once she’s in our yard he cannot go out without her pouncing on him and biting him. She was not initially like this but as she’s gotten larger it has gotten to the point where we have tried everything to keep her from doing this to him. I believe she thinks it’s play(think puppy’s biting and jumping on eachother) but she does not acknowledge his whines and continues on even with correction from us. We tried going back to a tether method and walked her out on a leash so she could see he’s just there to do his thing but after a month no changes happened. We tried muzzling but she is very smart and gets them off easily. We even used a vibration collar but it was like a joke.. For this reason we DO NOT recommend her going to a home with small animals or small children. If you do have other dogs I recommend them being larger then 50lbs. She will come with a crate, her vet records(all shots/deworming/rabies/chip info), her El Paso county license. Fee is $1–5–0 and can be discussed if further necessary. If you have questions please email and I will answer ASAP.
