When you use God's name to promote your political views, it is using His name in vain. Trying to convince people that you are aware of what political party God prefers is you thinking you are above Him and can tell us what He thinks. This is as low as one can get. So tell me how anyone should take your advice when it is shrouded and cloaked in sin? What you fail to do, is to use His gift of clarity of the entire picture. Let's discuss the border. Not a single Republican I know wants to end immigration. Quite the contrary, it's the lack of recognizing the evil that comes across the border with the good people that we are capable of seeing that you seem to choose to ignore. By allowing an open border, it eliminates all ability to protect the good from the evil. If there was a secured border, with only points of entry that could be used to weed out the drug cartel couriers and all the other obvious criminal entities, this helps everyone except the evil doers. Anyone who supports this open border policy we have today, fails to see how it harms so many others. Countless victims of crime committed by those who are allowed to cross our sovereign border. How many lives have been lost by fentanyl alone that is being brought across with very little opposition? Maybe it makes you feel good when you only focus on the needy and meek who come across, but that does not use the common sense God gave you. By maintaining order, it seems to me that this is what God teaches us. Again, if there was the ability to make proper selections of those who are allowed to come in, it could be beneficial to everyone. The chaos we have today not only makes the ones who should be let in such as families and actual migrant workers, these people would not have to endure the suffering they are forced to accept when they travel here by promises made by selfish politicians. The money the cartels are empowered with would end by just having the order and security that a wall (with entrances) would provide. Nobody wants to end immigration, it's the evil that comes with unchecked and open borders that most are objecting too.
