Local private management company seeks full-time skilled construction, maintenance, and janitorial/cleaning persons to fill multiple positions. Full time employment positions with paid health insurance, OT opportunities, PTO, and other company benefits. Majority of work in the Montgomery County area, with possible periodic work in Frederick and PG Counties. Positions require both Residential and Commercial work experience. Applicant must be physically able to climb stairs, ladders, be on your feet all day, carry and lift heavy objects, and perform general demanding physical requirements associated with various tasks 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Pay based on experience ranging from $18.00-$25.00/hour. No part-time positions at this time. Applicant must provide their own transportation.
