Trillionaire Realty is a residential Real Estate company that primarily sells REO properties for banks and financial institutions. We are in need of a person who can do occupancy checks, take pictures of our listings, change locks, post notices, put out signs, and lockbox's, etc.. There will also be opportunity to bid to clean (trashout) the properties, winterize the properties, maintain lawn, board windows, etc... This is a unique position and we are looking for a candidate who is reliable and trustworthy. Must have dependable transportation and be "on call" as this is a time sensitive position, we are under time sensitive deadlines.
