This is an entry level demolition/laborer position. The role is primarily responsible for working with demolition/labor crew providing demolition services resulting from water and fire damage. To perform this job successfully, the individual must have an ability to learn, have a very positive attitude and be equally enthusiastic. The requirements listed below are representative of the skills and abilities required to be able to perform this job. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS • Must have or be willing to obtain the applicable certifications pertaining to the industry. ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • While performing the duties of this job, the individual may be frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The individual is occasionally exposed to adverse weather conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals. May also involve confined spaces that one must crawl through. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to one-hundred (100) pounds.
