YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WEEKDAY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8 AM to 5 PM) janitorial and custodial caretaking and cleaning of multi-tenant commercial office building, including: -- 8 common area restrooms: clean and resupply at least daily and as needed -- 2 office kitchens: clean at least daily and as needed, resupply as needed -- resupply 2 office kitchen water coolers with 5-gallon jugs as needed -- vacuum, mop, or dust-mop common area wood, laminate, tile, stone and carpet floors -- sweep or mop exterior corridors and walkways as needed -- maintain landscape areas as needed -- litter patrol all exterior and interior common areas and shared resource areas at least daily -- sweep, mop, scrub or pressure wash exterior exterior common areas as needed -- elevator: clean as needed -- windows and window sills: clean as needed -- trash receptacles in offices, common areas and shared resource areas: empty daily -- common area and shared resource furniture and furnishings: dust, polish or clean as needed -- light gardening: pull weeds. trim bushes/shrubs, trim trimming from ground level -- minor maintenance -- interior wall painting -- make-ready of vacant offices -- clean glass, metal and wood doors, door trim and door hardware as needed -- wood baseboards: clean and oil as needed -- change door locks -- change ceiling light bulbs and HVAC air filters -- assemble/disassemble/move/store office furniture and furnishings -- water patio container plants with large water jug -- clean and paint graffiti as needed -- stock, inventory and organize/reorganize maintenance, supply and storage rooms as needed -- entry and door mats: bring inside nightly and set outside daily -- check and maintain garden pond water level SIGNIFICANT current or recent experience in ONE of the following fields is a MUST: -- janitor -- custodian -- housekeeping service -- porter On-time, punctual attendance every day is a must DRUG TEST AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT HEALTH INSURANCE, PAID VACATION, SICK ALLOWANCE, CONTINUING EDUCATION BENEFITS $600 SIGN-UP BONUS PAID: $100 AFTER FIRST WEEK $200 AFTER FIRST MONTH $300 AFTER SECOND MONTH
