Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Perform work alongside crew and supervise crew member activities.
- Plan enhancement activities at site according to specifications and client expectations.
- Assign daily tasks to crew and ensure compliance.
- Operate the following equipment: Backhoe, trencher, wheel loader as well as plant and irrigation layout.
- Training and evaluate the effectiveness of crew.
- Ensure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned.
- Promote and maintain safe working conditions.
- Fluent in English/Spanish is highly desirable.
**Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- E-Verify.
- Criminal background check.
- Pass drug screen.
- Commercial landscaping experience preferred.
