Need a Team for Deck Framing, Tile installer & Window repair.

If You are an individual, contractor, or a team of yourself all welcome. However, I need to see (images) your work. I am a licensed Realtor from New York and helping friends/family in Kirkland. Expecting a few more projects besides the one listed below; Looking for a reliable team for quick jobs without any drama. Image with 3 Windows (Do not know if its Load Bearing Wall or Rafters, single-level room) This wall is 18 feet X approximately 100" High. Ideally looking to install a 17' X 8' Patio Glass Door (Full folding glass panels), however, do not know what ratio of the glass City of Kirkland will allow. Image with 2 Windows (Load Bearing Wall, 2 level room), The Wall size is around 10' wide X 7'.5" high. Ideally looking to install a 10' X 7 Patio Glass Door (Full folding glass panels), however, do not know what ratio of glass the City of Kirkland will allow. Images of the Deck (will send you the video if need) Need to Remodel and extend our Deck/patio, Current size of the deck is 284" long X 146" wide (Area C Deck). We will be extending an additional 35 feet long X 20' (area A Patio) and 7' wide (Area C deck/patio). The last 5 Images is the Bathroom (for Tile Installer) People are still working on removing and cleaning up the space. If you are a pro Tile installer feel free to jump in. We will be removing this wall (marked with a black circle). Not sure If this is a load beam post, however, we need to remove this post since we want a seamless glass corner for the shower.
