Lost orange tabby/striped cat

Our orange tabby cat is missing from our yard as of 11:50 am on 8/7. He’s very skinny, frail, and messy looking. He’s not a stray but I’m afraid someone took him home because he’s so disheveled. He is very old and sick and needs his medicine and special food. He may die quickly without it. He was out in the yard eating grass and drinking rainwater, one of his favorite activities. He went missing within a few minutes of going outside. He’s never wandered farther than a neighbor’s yard, and is not very fast. He's also deaf so he won't come if called. Please let me know if you’ve seen him or took him home. My kids are devastated.
